1906 Navy Commercial Luger, #47278, 9mm, 6'' barrel, blue finish with straw small parts, factory checkered walnut grips, with one nickel-plated wood based magazine marked ''CAL 9M/M''. Considered somewhat rare with just 3000 produced. Blank marked chamber, DWM marked toggle, BUG proofmarks, thumb safety with ''Gesichert'' in the lower position (unlike standard Lugers where ''Safe'' is in the upper position). Condition is excellent retaining approx. 96% lightly thinning and toning blue, with slight areas of possible touchup to rear portion of frame. Straw parts retains approx. 70% vivid hues with most of the losses to right side of trigger and body of thumb safety. Grips with mild flattening. Action is good, bore is fine.
